OVERVIEW
The FIL, as a member of the Olympic Movement, stands against discrimination of any kind, including race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, social, language, religion, political belief, or social background. We strive to be inclusive, diverse and gender equal.
At the FIL, one of our aims is building a better world through sport. Gender equality, inclusion and diversity are integral components as we are strongest when we work together.
The FIL aligns its vision and mission of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) to those of the IOC and the vision and mission of the IOC Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Commission.

The FIL strives for a proactive removal of barriers to build a diverse luge culture that is equitable and inclusive, creating a positive, safe and trusted sport environment across the sport of Luge through:

** Coming soon ** The FIL Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion Policy is currently in the process of review and revisions. The FIL Sport Integrity Unit will communicate to all participants and member nations once the policy is implemented and posted.
