The International Luge Federation (FIL) is working tirelessly on preparations for the 2024/2025 season in the Natural Track Luge World Cup. The highlight of the season will be the 25th World Championships in Kühtai, Austria.

Following the successful World Cup debut in December 2023, the Tyrolean Luge Federation and the RC Kühtai-Sellrain Valley, led by President Marco Holzknecht, are ready for the big event. From January 17th to 19th, 2025, the newly crowned World Champions in Women's Singles, Men's Singles, Doubles, and the Team Event will be determined on the natural luge track "Kühtai," which was completed in the summer of 2021.

The "Kick-off" for the 2025 Natural Track Luge World Championships will take place during the Rodel Austria Roller Luge Cup races in Gries in the Sellrain Valley.
