Park/Cho bei NETFLIX-Show

Seoul (FIL/01 March 2023) The most successful Korean national doubles team Jinyong Park and Jung Myung Cho recently participated in the NETFLIX show "Physical 100". This is a reality game show with a survival program where the goal is to be the best physical performer among 100 people known for their incredible physical abilities. The female and male contestants have to pass the most demanding challenges in top form and can win titles and prize money at the end.

The two Korean luge athletes have done this so well that it has made them very famous and popular in Korea. Especially 29-year-old Park from Muju, finished the show in 3rd place among the 100 participants. In the final interview, Park said, "The main reason for participating in the show was to inform the public about the sport of luge, which is not as easy as most people think. I am very happy that I finished the show with the third place. From now on, people will know how strong lugers are and how hard it is to slide against incredible speed."

Cho was eliminated a little earlier than Park. He was very touched and cried after his partner Park's final speech. The two are very well known in Korea and have won many fans for the sport of luge through their successful performance and likeable manner.

The Park/Cho duo finished in an outstanding ninth place at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang (KOR) and in twelfth place in Beijing 2022 in China. The two 29-year-olds claimed the title of Asian Champions in doubles, won the overall FIL Nations Cup and won bronze medals at the U23 World Championships in both 2015 and 2016.
