“We had very good selections, and the athletes were able to use one of them as a strike result. None of us were seeded, so everyone had to qualify. We had super fair conditions in all the races. Our established athletes have prevailed, and they were also able to test a lot. But some of the young athletes also surprised us, with great performances. We have nothing to hide, we can go to the first races with confidence and I'm already looking forward to the first World Cup. I would be very happy if our athletes were ultimately able to implement everything they have learned over the summer and that all the hard work was not in vain,” said head coach Patric Leitner.
